[Avid-L2] MC 4 upgrades

This is not a moan but a simple question. On the UK Avid website, MC 4.0 is
offered as a new purchase as a boxed set (inc Prod Suite) or a download
(without Suite), a bit cheaper. There is an Upgrade from old versions of MC
to a boxed (with Suite) or download (no suite). But from Xpress DV or Pro,
there is only an upgrade to the boxed verson (no option to download only, no
suite). Is there supposed to be an Xpress Pro to MC 4.0 upgrade as a
download?
