The JVC monitor is probably the most color accruate LCD, among affordable models. And it is a nice monitor, PROVIDED YOU DO NOT MOVE YOUR HEAD AND YOU CAN LOOK RIGHT AT IT'S INCREDIBLY NARROW SWEET SPOT.
However, our real problem seems to be DELAY. Sound synch seems awful soft when compared to the L5. They are being fed the exact same signal. Direct from a Symphony DX via SDI. In the case of HD we look at component on the CRT and HD-SDI on the LCD. Sometimes we are looking at Symphony SD downconverts.
Anyway, in all cases, the sync seems maybe a frame, maybe a little less off.
Was under the impression that pro LCDs do not have delay.
Is there any sort of settings I should be looking at???
