Assuming there are enough chassis to provide the required bandwidth, you are still limited by the client connection.
Single 1GbE connections runs around 85-95MB/sec on ISIS, which is why the document pointed out by Dom guarantees up to 3 streams of DNxHD145 on single connection, up to 6 on dual connection and up to 8 streams on 10GbE.
Multicam 4way at DNxHD145 requires double connection and 9way the 10GbE.

This would be 6 ish bays cutting multicam with 7 streams at the same time. The Post super has been doing this with an Isis 7K and a 5K. Obviously everyone isn't pulling all 7 all the time but if you are rolling the multicam clips that would be pulling the streams wouldn't it.
