[Avid-L2] [FR] x 2; and a Question

Bcc:
B.C., C.C., M.M.

1.
When Consolidating and Transcoding, in addition to having the dialog box tell us what clip number it's working on, I'm hoping it would be possible for it to relate the clip name as well. This would be helpful in some instances (e.g. aborting).

2.
I may be mistaken (and am happy to be corrected), but I don't believe there is a Bin Column that can be displayed which relates the actual file size of the media that a clip is linked to. That can be very helpful information in some instances.

Question(s) about the attached picture:
I'm doing some media management with version 8.4 and this is the first time I've seen this dialog window in its updated form.

1.
My display shows that only Precompute files are selected, yet the dialog says they are "Captured." Why is that?

2.
I suggest that the top line read: "Selected 'X' number' of Captured or Imported Clip(s)" to reduce confusion.

3.
Explanation about "Selected linked metadata files"? I assume this refers to AMA-Linked files. Is this correct? And since it says it will delete the metadata files, does that mean that all instances of the master clip will be removed from the current project? What about other projects using that master clip?

Cheers,
