Command Palette > "Other" Tab > Lower left of window = Opt/Alt modifier.
Add that to "Find Bin" and it becomes a one button press operation.

Debatable whether 2 keystrokes (Match frame then Find Bin) is any slower than trying to get your hands around Alt Shift M (or Alt Shift F3 in my case). But each to their own.
