Check. But while I've seen Fluidmotion applied to higher-quality footage, I can't recall seeing it applied to shot-on-GoPro-by-researcher footage. An admitted limit to my experience. Considering the crappy source footage…and that Microsoft's Hyperlapse is currently a research project and not a shipping project… I think it's pretty impressive… And doing all that by first creating 3D geometry proxies sounds pretty complex (and cool); perhaps there's still some room for improvement.
