When you reveal "Sources" from the Avid Bin Menu "Set Bin Display..." you are seeing the default "Tape Name" metadata embedded in an Avid mxf media file. When in the Avid you render an effect for example - the avid created a precompute. This Precompute is a rendered Avid mxf media file and by default the embedded metadata populated in the "Tape Name" of the mxf file would be "Precompute Source Mob".
These are normal."Precompute Source Mob" is the mebedded "Tape Name" metadata in a Avid Rendered mxf media file by default.- scott freeman
