[Avid-L2] Mouse wheel/pen numbers adjust on CC in MC7 Symphony

 

It seems as though this doesn't work any more.  Is this a bug or am I missing something?  If I select a value in the Symphony CC, I cant change it with the mouse wheel or the Wacom pen the way it used to.
