Doesn't really seem like a group of and for editors and producers. But then why are people here getting invites?
The "About ACA" page is too jargony for me:

If the ACA is for people who spend more than $1,000,000/yr with Avid, that's not me but that's fine. But the marketing message is unclear and isn't leaving me with a more positive view of Avid than I had before. Still early days, though, and clarification would help.
At this point, I'd appreciate a response from Avid about who the ACA is for and if/why it's worth my money and time.
Agreed. I work at a facility with 11 DSP-based Pro Tools systems, 3 native Pro Tools systems, and 14 Symphony systems. Does the facility I work at need to own 110 DSP-based Pro Tools systems, 30 native Pro Tools systems, and 140 Symphony systems to get Avid's attention?
It appears that Avid is only interested in TV and radio customers based upon the members of the Avid Customer Association Executive Board. Why are no post facilities represented on the Avid Customer Association Executive Board?
I interpret the information available as PR's way of saying We will listen to our largest network customers.
> That would defeat the purpose of this initiative, which is to signal to the larger customers (those who spend more money) that Avid listens more to them, than to the little users. From the current messaging, I suspect Wilson could be right.
