"Super-sucky" I'm going to have check with my Broadcast Engineering for the exact specs on what constitutes the "Super-sucky" classification. Is there a specialized Tektronix waveform that monitors "Super-suckyness" in baseband or IP video streams? I'm going to be using that phrase a lot in the future. It's right up there with Bone Heads in my book. ;-)
