Plural Eyes 3 has the option to create new media with the "good" audio
replacing the camera audio instead of making a sequence. I tend to use
that option.
If you opt to make a sequence, you can always break it up into sub
sequences for each shot and use AutoSync to creat synched subclips to get
around the match frame issue. Rather labor intensive, so I prefer to have
PE create new media.
