Nice work Avid! Talk about fast reaction to customer requests!
I asked for this on the -L2 on 8/11 and it's implemented and AVAILABLE on 9/11. Now, it could have been requested or suggested or on somebody's radar before that, but that's pretty cool.
If you're bringing in footage that is either 2K or 4K or 5K or has a LUT or is RAW, this is a menu command you will want mapped someplace handy.

The problem is that "Source Settings" has become a very important function and the only way to get to it was through a contextual menu and then drag through a fairly long list to get to what you want. With it in the Clip Menu, it can be mapped to a keystroke using "map menu commands" in the Command Palette. That would be a big thing if they did it... and that they did it FAST!Actually, the original request was to be able to map Contextual and Fast Menu commands, which would still be good, but whatever gets the job done...Steve HullfishOn Sep 12, 2013, at 7:56 AM, John Pale <pale.edit@gmail.com> wrote:I see they have moved the alpha setting to a more logical place for AMA linking to graphic files with alpha. They also have included settings for AMA linking to BWAV audio files.
