I have Verizon FiOS at home for internet and it's extremely fast. Switched from Earthlink DSL several years ago. In fact, FiOS is so fast that I've actually taken large files that needed to be uploaded and brought them home, rather than do it from the office connection, because it was faster to drive home, upload and drive back to work than to do it from the office. And the office connection wasn't horrible (just too many people sharing it at once).
