New Blue Effects has an effect "Active Camera" which puts a hand held feel to a shot and takes care of the edges of the shake filling in video where needed much like I think a Kscope would do in a certain setting to avoid black edges. I've seen people make a tracking data from a hand held shot with an easy mark to track and apply that tracking data to "shake shots so they look hand held.
