[Avid-L2] Customer Advocate Marianna comes through again

 

Just a quick note of appreciation.

My Symph 6 to 6.5 upgrade at the end of last month went wrong when I mistakenly purchased MC instead of Symph from the European online store.

Marianna fixed it promptly despite fielding thousands of emails during what must have been an extremely busy time.

Subsequently my complimentary MC7 & Symph activation also failed.

Our advocate sorted the problem within minutes of my sending her an email.

I know I'm not the first to sing her praises, but this lady is one huge asset to the community, as well as for Avid.

The value of a real, approachable person who is immediately prepared to take your problem seriously, and come up with a solution quickly, is a significant differentiator in this competitive market.

Marianna's "can help - will help" attitude is worth gold.

And its not the first time she has come to my rescue...
