[Avid-L2] Best way to handle C300 speed changed material?

I have some material from a C300 shoot. Most of it was shot at
1080/29.97p. The project is 1080p/29.97 which is also the delivery.

There are some C300 shots that 720/60p that are intended for slo-mo.

I AMAed everything in and consolidated it to another drive though this
morning ran into export problems that seem to be associated with the
Canon material. (When I deleted the Canon material which is long gop,
everything was fine.)

I will probably transcode everything to avoid the export issue and make
things a bit easier on the AVID...(Is DNxHD 145 adequate or should I go
with DNxHD 220 for future color correction?)

...but what is the best way to handle the 720/60p? Bring it into its own
720 project and export the slo-mo as 1080p?

Thanks for any advice,

D.
