Why do you want to change any of those settings? The Panny device is designed to record a very specific format. I would not think that it would give you many choices going to that device. It's not Avid's fault. The same would be true for any other NLE.

Again, you don't give us much to go on. What are you really trying to do? Why are you trying to go to another format? Why are you using this device as a recording deck for an Avid? What version of software are you using? How are you connected to the device? What platform are you on?

This group is actually very open to helping anyone, but you have left yourself open to some potshots because the questions you're asking are not well framed. They show a lack of effort which is wasting bandwidth, hence some of the hostility you may be feeling.
