2nd that one - Any change to the file structure causes issues.
We use an EX3 and do this A LOT, although I generally convert to DNxHD
at the first opportunity.
Normally AMA just finds the files - but you can have them down the
folder structure a level or two, then you have to tell AMA where they are.
Worst case, you can use the Sony Clip Browser to convert them to another
format and import that way.
