You need to download the appropriate driver and load the the SxS again, then you will get the right structure.
I have only experienced it with xdcam-blu-ray discs(I can't remember the camera name). We used a disc-reader, and I downloaded the driver to the disc reader + installed xdcam transfer, and it worked like a charm
