There is a plugin, i have it, but it is buggy as hell (on MC 5.0x, XP)
And, it's only good for commercials as it works in RT.
This means, you need to reset, play the show, then you have results.
IOW, totally unusable, as if it is not good, you need to make adjustments
and do the entire thing again.
I would suggest using R128gain. (afaik, windows only)
It is a stand alone program. Mix like you want, export a wave, process it
and import back and be done with it.
Oh, and it's free....
