Thanks for the suggestion and I'd hoped you might be onto something but
sadly not. Even with the Hamachi service not running (so it can't be using
any ports) the License Server still fails to initialize.
The problem would seem to stem from the new "Network Adaptor" that the
License Server is seeing (and presumably trying to use).

Not familiar with your specifics but lic server etc use a specific TCP port
communicate. Try to dig out what port is used by your conflicting apps, in
case they use the same, which is not a good thing...
