I'd just like to know where the 3-5 years of experience standard came
from. I"m so sick of being told I'm "over experienced" or "not
specialized enough." "Sorry, but with your experience, we can't hire
you becuase you won't stay here at the wages we're paying..."
I'm sorry, but at 3-5 years of experience, I was just figuring out which
end of the camera to point at the subject, let alone have that list of
expeience.
