Been testing an old camera, Panasonic AG HVX 200, and have just been randomly shooting different tests, different resolutions, frame rates, etc, and AMA-ing into 5.5.
The latest round failed to Link to Volume, although I was able to link to the individual mxf clips the camera creates, consequently had to link to the audio as a separate step.
All this shot at 720p 30p. Audio 48k. I could play the video by itself. All good. When I linked to the audio, these don't come in as separate clips that need to be cut in together in the timeline, linking to the audio files automatically links them to the appropriate video file and they don't actually appear in the bin although the audio is present. BUT...
When I try to play it, I get this error message:
AudioStreamReader::UpdateWithStreamStatus()
Invalid samplesStillOutstanding [758].
Any idea what it's trying to tell me besides that it won't play the
clip for more than a second or two before the error message kicks in?
Isn't there a list (somewhere) of AVID error messages one can consult?
Thanks!
