Is this something that has changed recently Marianna? Because I was told by Avid people a different story a while ago.
Besides, it sounds a bit unfair to me. It's like taking back the activation code, and just because someone did not have the time to upgrade, they lose the ability to do so.

Actually, we remove system ID's from the versioner when support contracts lapse. This is done daily... so their system ID would not be IN the versioner.
Unfortunately, if you did not download the uprgades when you had access, you can't do that now.
Wish that wasnt the case but....
