page recommends:
* An HDMI input resolution of 1920x1080
* 1:1 pixel mapping (aspect ratio of 1:1) on the HDMI input
* And ideally, a built-in blue-only mode that I can use for the blue-
only filtering

I offer:
On monitor selection, no I don't. There are many out there to choose
from; too many actually. Otheres here may help in that regard.
However, I do wish to point out one thing: The reference to "1:1
pixel mapping" is not about aspect ratio. It's a setting on the
monitor that shows each pixel as inputted. IOW, "what goes in is what
comes out". It may have different names on various monitors but each
does the same thing. This setting allows you to bypass the monitor's
built-in scaler and will show you each pixel on the screen as is
presented at the HDMI input. Nearly every monitor has this capability
today.
Additionally, "Blue-only" mode has dubious necessity nowadays, but it
can be useful if your monitor has a hue control. Nearly every
consumer TV has one, but professional monitors may not.
