I say:

Your online is in Avid? If so, the title track is on top of the
textless video tracks. You could copy the sequence and simply delete
the track on which all the titles reside. If the titles are not
consistently on only one video track, you'd have to go to each title
and manually delete it to make sure you only delete the titles. Be
sure you do this title deletion only on a copy of your titled
version. You certainly don't want to change your finished titled
sequence; that's why you'd only use a sequence copy for the textless
version.
