So we have several Qnap NAS's and one had a problem with a corrupt config
file.. We have had them running for years and this is the first problem.
The amazing thing is that for a £500 box they do team viewer support and
spend an hour fixing it, with a support chap that clearly knows exactly what
he is doing. I just sit back while he does his linux stuff.
At the end of this process it's fixed and it's FREE! Completely totally
free… and he thanks me for my patience! That's tech support…….
