Audio is small. Just export a WAV file of the audio you want to try out of Avid then import it into Premiere or Soundbooth.

You'll get a window with the transcription. You have to copy and paste to get out of it to Word or something. You can then use that transcription in ScriptSync in Avid if you want.

Some of the transcription in Premiere will be pretty good. Sometimes, though, it is absolute gibberish.
