can you copy and paste various tracks of the sequence? Try to narrow the corruption?
Can you copy all of the audio tracks for example? Or some of the video tracks?
Instead of duplicating can you mark an in and an out at the head and tail, enable all tracks and copy and paste it into a fresh sequence? Can you copy and paste parts of the offending video or audio track?
Have you tried duping the sequence in a new project, opening the bin with the sequence in the new project and copying from there?
New user setting?

Yesterday I couldn't open a version of the sequence without it wanting to duplicate and update color correction fx. This was a Group clip issue and was solved by selecting the sequence and Committing Multicam edit. All was good. Today I opened the project and the sequence loads, but if I try to duplicate the sequence, I get an error saying: "RANGE SPECIFIED FOR DUP OS OUTSIDE RANGE OF COMPONENT". Any ideas?

If you want to donate to Red Cross quake relief, you can do so through your cell phone. Text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 donation. It will be on your next cell bill.
