I'm sure there's something about setting levels with keyframes in FCP, because I still like Avid better for that. What I DO like in FCP is being able to select and adjust audio segments with keySTROKES - very cool.

The Audio Keyframe enabler has been moved out of the Smart Tools box in 5.5
(thanks goodness). I have been hitting on FCP a lot recently and I must say that
audio features such as setting levels with KFs are better and faster. Also,
doubling (or tripling) the speed with JKL keeps the audio at the right pitch
unlike Media Composer. If the Mac is fast enough, you an easily assess an
interview at double-speed. Don't worry, though, I still find things that I DON'T
like!

boxes are unlabed so i dont know which is the right one to click, and they are
so small sonethes it is difficult to find the right ones for that track.

click on the speaker icon. this is a perfect example of "fixing" something that
worked perfect (now it is just annoying) Also, is there any way to enable
always allow audio keyframes to be moved, I get tired of constantly having to
hit a button to allow me to do this.
