I offer:
Blowups/repos outside of the V2 key will affect everything below it,
including the background. To blowup/repo only the talking head, step
into the V2 track and add a resize to the video on V2.2 (V2.1
represents the original layer below the talking head). This will
allow the talking head to be repo'd/positioned without affecting the
background.
