I've found that the people we deliver HD to are far LESS forgiving than the people we deliver SD to. Sure, the media might be sourced from YouTube, but it better not be out of gamut, or over limit, or anything we CAN control...

Yes, it very much matters. You might be paranoid, fellow dinosaur, but that doesn't mean you're wrong.
