Thank you very Much Dom. I will take this approach.
I am delivering 1080i 60i for a Discovery Network. We had to mix in some footage shot for the initial pilot at 60i. The rest of the series was shot 30p. In looking at the contract with them, i noticed the "will be shot in" line item, they state 1080p 30p.
I know they are aware that the pilot was shot 60i, but i was asked by my EP to try and mimic the 30p look of the material.
