Rsync is the tool you are looking for.
if you are on mac open a terminal window and type rsync -rv [source folder]
[destiunation folder]
If everything is the same, it will do it very fast.
Do not end your destination folder path with a "/" because it will look for
a folder and start copiyng everything again in that subfolder.
Hope this help.
there's a lot of rsync tutorials out there.

If you want to donate to Red Cross quake relief, you can do so through your cell phone. Text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 donation. It will be on your next cell bill.
