[Avid-L2] Do you think this will work?

 

I may have checked with you all about this before, and I know that this is not a certified laptop anymore. But, I have a:

HP laptop nw9440, SP3, XP Pro, 3 GB of RAM

I would like to run the Software Only Version of Media Composer 5.5 other than increasing the RAM, do you think this will work?
