I always use vimeo. I export a qt-reference from Avid. Import to sqeeze. I basically use the mpg4 setting "hq". After it's done I go to my account on vimeo, upload the mp4, then I set the movie as passwordprotected( great feature) . When the upload/ transcode is done I get an e-mail, I forward the e-mail to my client, just adding info about the password. This works great!
