[Avid-L2] Uninstall Problems

 

Has anyone else had trouble Uninstalling Media Composer?

I'm running v5.0.3.5 on a MacBook Pro, with software activation, no dongle.

I tried running the Uninstaller before upgrading to v5.5,
but all the check boxes disappear and it tells me

The Avid Media ComposerApplications.pkg package will not be uninstalled.
(null)

Any suggestions, or should I just deactivate the software, delete it all manually, and then install/activate 5.5 cleanly.
