[Avid-L2] OMF import crashes MC 5

 

hi all
i got an extremely basic OMF file form a sound house for a spot i'm working on and when i try importing it into MC 5.0.3.4 on my Nitris DX / Mac Pro / OS 10.6.3 system i get an instant Bus Thread crash. handing it over to our pro tools guy and it imports just fine into pt. any ideas?
