Because I am sure Avid will ask...you are running on an Avid-blessed system, correct?
several times an hour....yecch...and I thought FCP was supposed to be the more unstable product, but on either system I hit 'save' very often, almost without thinking about it.

I can say for myself, it happens exclusively when I am deleting or moving clips in the timeline. That should be some kind of clue. Doesn't matter what drives are attached, or how many times I uninstall and install MC 5 or what version I have. I always save now before I touch anything in the timeline. But I can be sure I will crash a few times an hour with this error. This has been around for several versions and I'm curious if it is any kind of priority with the Engineers? It's really getting old.
