[Avid-L2] ProTools won't take Seq

I have an Audio Seq of a 40 minute show. Project is a mix of NTSC and
PAL audio frame rates. Protools won't take the sequence and I am
guessing this is why. I can make an .aaf but it can't open or gets an
error "File Assertion....." I can't make an omf because of the frame
rate variation. I tried to transcode but that did not change the
fps of the audio. How can I conform the 25:00 rate clips to be the
same as my 29:97 clips?
