[Avid-L2] AMA P2 Question

I have a set of P2 clips that I'm bringing in through AMA (MC4.0.5). These are cards copied to a hard drive. On the first day of shooting, the crew must have set cameras to scene/take 1001/1. It was never changed, so ALL clips have sc/tk of 1001/1.

The 1001 number has apparently been inherited as the "UserClipName". I don't know if that's an automatic thing or a manual setting by the crew. I can clearly see that in the XML file. When I bring in the clips, ALL clips have the name 1001 and NOT the standard alphanumeric P2 clip names.

When I look on the drive, the clips are all properly labeled. Same in the XML. It, too, shows the standard ClipName (separate from UserClipName). Problem is that I don't see any available column in the AMA bin to bring in the proper name. It appears to take the Name column data from the UserClipName data when present and doesn't let you also import separate ClipName data into the bin.

Funny thing is that Premiere Pro CS5 has exactly the same issue with these files, however FCP's L&T sees the correct clip names. Thoughts?
