You can find answers for most questions like this in the help menu.
Avid has en excellent hyperlinked help function- I think it's F1 (?)

To edit an existing title, go to tools > effects editor. (or the
button that looks like 3 seatbelts) make sure you select the title you
want to edit in the timeline (either by using a selection tool or by
clicking on the title in the timeline after you opened the effects
editor.). Once the effects editor indicates you're editing that title,
click on the little icon kn the upper
Left corner of the effects editor window, and the title tool will pop
open with your title in it. Change what you want, then close the
title tool- it will save your changes back in place. Be sure to close
the effects editor before you continue on.

But seriously, try the help menu. I don't know if this is in there or
not- but a lot of stuff is.
