[Avid-L2] Settings for Anamorphic DVD

Project is 1080 24p. I'm trying to burn an Anamorphic DVD. I'm using Send
To DVD Authoring. I've tried (maybe all but hopefully missed one) different
aspect and pixel ratio settings in both Avid Export dialog and Sonic DVD
dialog. DVD always comes out letterbox. I know I can output to tape and
capture back in as anamorphic but I'd love to be able to do this directly
from Avid Send to DVD. Any thoughts?
