[Avid-L2] Re:Slow Import Vista 64 / Media Composer

I just noticed this on my new upgrade to the z800,Vista
64,Terrablock, and MC4.05. In fact if you look closely, the screen
flashes during the delay, but if you are importing multiple files,
once it imports the first one, the rest go very fast. But the delay
before the first import is brutal.
