duplicator, a printer, or a freelance lighting designer. It's all
subcontracting work out of house. You just have to be careful about who
is carries their own workman's compensation insurance, and reports their
own income. Make sure you have W9s from anyone who doesn't want
withholding. Our accounting system has - and quick books should have -
the ability to check off if they get 1099'd .
Payroll labor is a completely different animal.
