But now, I'm must admit I'm a bit stumped.
Here's what I'm trying; we have a graphic - lets say its a name, in white, over a black background, very basic, nothing fancy.
The client wants to add an old fashioned BORDER, just like you would've on a GVG switcher, verys 80's looking. I tried it by creating it as a matte key, then promoted to 3D, but I do NOT see any option for a border, drop shadows will not give her what they're looking for. I also tried BCC, but have had no luck there (although I love the drop shadow) - eventually I just double keyed it over itself - making the V2 layer the desired color background and just tweaking the scale a little. That looks just OK, but not great.
I thought for sure that there has to be a way to do this....
Is there an Avid or BCC supplied effect that will do this ??
Also these graphics are already created, in a specific typr face, so I can;t twaek it using Marquee or Title Tool.
BTW - we're running HD Adrenaline vers 2.7 on a pc. (w/NO Sapphire)
Thanks in advance.
