Has anyone out there had a chance to sucessfully install ***AND LAUNCH*** the current version of the Avid|DS v10.2 Training Edition software on a MacBook Pro running Boot Camp v2.1 under MacOS 10.6.1? If so, can you confirm the partitioning & networking requirements of such an installation?
I have a Media Composer system with a first-generation MOJO standing-by if the MacBook Pro/Boot Camp option isn't viable, yet would like to avoid mixing two Avid editing products on that system. The PDF file for the most recent version of Avid|DS Training Edition(v10.1.2) indicates the SOFTWARE-ONLY version of Media Composer is compatable. Can anyone confirm this, and whether leaving a first-generation MOJO attached will affect functionality of the DS (or Media Composer) software?
Many thanks in advance for your feedback, and for providing excellent information on a daily basis.
