Workflow, not applications.
That's what didn't seem professinoal to me, having examined all the
competing alternatives in the last few weeks. RED workflow on all Avid
products is second rate compared to their competition.
My recommendation would be to only use an Avid product for RED if you
were finishing in Media Composer (or Symphony) from the DNxHD MXF files.
Match back for offline/online workflows is just complicated in the
Avid world for RED. (Specifically my comments are about RED workflow
between MC offline and DS online.)
