Phantom Marks are great. I always have them on in order to keep from
getting the dreaded and obnoxious "insufficient source" message when
you try to do a three point edit with two marks on the sequence side.
Having phantom marks on all the time instantly let me know that - when
there's only one phantom mark on the source side - I can't make the
edit, or I have to kill my outpoint on the source side.
I'm in agreement about option/alt copy/paste, though I never really
consider it by that name since I have the alt/opt "dot" mapped to that
key, so I never touch the alt/opt button when I'm using it.
