Sure, but let's stick to what works right now, out of the box.

Actually, I don't really care. My Avid handles P2 and XDCAMHD natively, yet
I feel more comfortable transcoding it to DNxHD and work from there. Whether
you copy (to a local or shared volume) or transcode the files, the time
difference is next to none.

But sure, would be great to just open up the files and get started. From
what I can tell, that would require an R3D AMA module, and if that happens,
then somewhere in the pipeline, RT debayering has to happen.
